The Client requested MB Architects to submit initial design proposals, mainly in terms of the interior spatial planning. Besides that, one of the major tasks was to create a non-standard solution for the facade. After the preliminary design works have been shown to the Client, the design direction was approved, and MB Architects started to develop the full package of design works immediately.
