Ganclik Park

Our proposal to design the Ganjlik park was to alive an abandoned valuable land in the heart of the Baku city.

The site has been surrounded by number of educational buildings such as universities and academic institution in a close distance in one hand, and on the other hand the biggest shopping mall of the Baku has placed to the east-north side of the project site. Thanks to Baku public transportation system you have multiple options on hand to reach the park which can be count as one the most significant advantages in a city with a dense traffic.

According our survey and analysis site has been dived into 7 zones to go about set of concerns with maximum feasibility of preserving existing trees and enlarging new green spaces. New residential-commercial blocks replaced with existing rusty and fragmented building on the north and west part of border line to enhance the usage of land as well as quality of urban edges. Inside the park has equipped with multiple sports activities to invite young bloods to participate in sports event or take a joyful break between classes on park wild grass land.
